The 6th Annual Corvian Cardinals 5K is almost here!  Whether you are a runner, walker or cheerleader, please come out and join the Corvian community for a fun-filled afternoon. Corvian’s Dance Crew will be performing before the race, and our student rock bands, Off the Wall and Hawkseye, will be entertaining us with a post-race concert. Vendors and sponsors will be on site to provide additional excitement. Rita’s Italian Ice will be scooping cold treats for $2/cup (cash only) while several of our sponsors, including AYSO, Let Me Run, Girls on the Run and Mathnasium will be hosting FREE drawings at their booths. 

 

Corvian is building relationships by partnering with our community neighbors. This week, we are collecting canned goods for Hope St. Food Pantry. Each Corvian campus has a collection bins. You can also bring your donations to the 5k. Please consider cleaning out your pantry to help feed those in need. 

 

We are excited to announce The Comedy Zone (Charlotte) has generously donated a GOLDEN TICKET!  This ticket (valued at $2,600) allows the winner and a guest to attend ANY and ALL comedy shows at The Comedy Zone for an entire year! You may purchase raffle tickets for $1/each at packet pickup or on race day beginning at 2:30 PM.  The raffle drawing will take place during the award ceremony after the race.  Please note you must be present to win.

 

There is still time to register for the 5k! Save your spot ONLINE until 9:00 AM Thursday.  You can also sign up in person at packet pickup or on race day from 2:30-3:30 PM. Our race t-shirts are going fast! Don't delay registering or we may run out of your size.
