In order to process your preseason forms, submissions will now be made on DragonFly. All forms must be submitted prior to tryouts. Please see the instructions on the right on how to properly submit your required forms. Once all forms have been completed, signed and the required doctor forms are uploaded, we will receive a notification of completion. 

Please note: Lack of submission of all forms will result in your student-athlete(s) not being allowed to participate in tryouts, warm-ups, scrimmages, or games.
