Carpool, Walkers, and Bikers

Middle School Carpool Procedures

The entrance to the middle school and high school campus is in front of  the middle school building. The exit from campus is in front of the high school building. All traffic  must use the designated entrance and exit at all times.

For the safety of all staff, students and families, all drivers must obey the traffic patterns. For those who make the choice to repeatedly not adhere to our carpool procedures, carpool privileges could be revoked.

Middle School AM Carpool (7:20-7:45)

  • Middle school traffic will use the right lane moving towards the high school.

  • Cars will stay in the right lane and turn right and continue through the connecting driveway into the middle school parking lot.

  • Cars will loop around the parking lot and queue at the mailbox until 7:20.

  • All students should stay in cars until carpool starts at 7:20.

  • All cars will continue through the connecting driveway and turn right and continue around the high school building. A carpool worker will be stationed to direct traffic.

  • All traffic will exit around the high school.

  • Students who arrive at school after school begins at 7:45 AM will need to sign in at the main office and will be marked tardy.

Middle School PM Carpool (2:45-3:10)

Parents who would like to pick up a student prior to dismissal will need to be at the school no later than 2:15 PM

  • You must have your carpool tag easily displayed with a carpool sign that has your child’s name and grade on it.

  • Parents will follow the morning carpool pattern for PM dismissal.

  • Please pull all the way up to the car in front of you, we do not want any gaps. Your child will come to you.

  •  If your child does not come out when cars begin to move, you will be asked to pull up to  to ‘recall’.
