The 2021-2022 Lottery Application will be available November 1, 2020 - January 31, 2021.

CCS will be using an automated lottery system called Lotterease to determine 2021-2022 enrollment. Below is information about how to apply and navigate the Lotterease platform.

It is imperative that you complete the lottery application correctly with accurate information. Applications that do not meet admission criteria or violate the school’s admission policy may be excluded from the lottery.

Corvian offers one lottery application for general admission and priority applicants. Follow the prompts as you complete the application to ensure your child is registered correctly.

2021-2022 Lottery Application (deadline January 31, 2021)

As a whole, the school waiting list will dissolve each year after the 20th day of the new school year. Applicants who are not admitted from the waitlist must reapply for the Corvian lottery each year.

Lottery Drawing

The 2021-2022 Lottery will be held at the High School Campus on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at 4:00pm to determine admission. All applications received during the registration period will be entered into the lottery drawing. Admission will be determined via a Lotterase lottery drawing.

The Corvian Community School Board of Directors will determine the number of openings at each grade level prior to the lottery.

Seats will first be filled by giving preference to students registered as “priority” applicants. Priority applicants are students who are: a) siblings of currently enrolled CCS students, b) any child of a current CCS staff member, and/or c) any child of a governing board member.

Remaining seats will be filled by students registered as general admission applicants. Once all seats are filled, the lottery draw will continue to determine the order of the waitlist for each grade.

You may attend the lottery drawing, however, attending the lottery does not improve chances of admission and attendance is not necessary. Lottery results will be available on the CCS website after the lottery, or via your Lotterease parent account

Late Registration

Applications will not be accepted from February 1, 2021 - February 9, 2021 while lottery registration is CLOSED in preparation for the lottery drawing.

Lottery registration will reopen following the lottery drawing. Once reopened, late registrations will be placed on the waiting list as they are submitted. Registration will conclude for the year after the 20th day of the school.
