2023-2024 Enrollment is Now Closed
The school-wide waiting list will dissolve each year after the 20th day of the new school year. Enrollment for 2023-2024 closed on September 13, 2023. No new students will be admitted for the rest of the school year. Applicants who are not admitted from the waitlist must reapply for the Corvian lottery each year.
Interested in enrolling at CCS for the 2024-2025 school year?
Prospective families will need to complete an online lottery application any time between November 1, 2023 and January 31, 2024 (registration closes at 2:00 PM). A lottery drawing will be held in February 2024 to determine admission.
CCS will be using an automated lottery system called Lotterease to determine 2024-2025 enrollment.
It is imperative that lottery applications are completed correctly with accurate information. Applications that do not meet admission criteria or violate the school's admission policy may be excluded from the lottery drawing and/or removed from the waitlist. Enrollment will be denied to any student if they are found to be ineligible for admission after acceptance has occured.

Lottery Drawing
The 2024-2025 Lottery will be held at the High School Campus on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 4:00pm to determine admission. All applications received during the registration period will be entered into the lottery drawing. Admission will be determined via a Lotterase lottery drawing.
You may attend the lottery drawing; however, attending the lottery does not improve chances of admission and attendance is not necessary. Lottery results are LIVE and the waitlists are updated in real-time 24/7. To access results, log into your Lotterease parent account or access the public results on our Lottery Results page.
The Corvian Community School Board of Directors will determine the number of openings at each grade level prior to the lottery. Seats will first be filled by giving preference to students registered as “priority” applicants. Priority applicants are students who are: a) siblings of currently enrolled CCS students, b) any child of a current CCS staff member, and/or c) any child of a governing board member.
Remaining seats will be filled by students registered as general admission applicants. Once all seats are filled, the lottery draw will continue to determine the order of the waitlist for each grade.
Late Registration
Applications will not be accepted from January 31, 2024 (after 2:00pm) until February 14, 2024 (once the lottery drawing is complete). During this time, lottery registration is CLOSED in preparation for the lottery drawing.
Lottery registration will reopen following the lottery drawing. Once reopened, late registrations will be placed on the waiting list as they are submitted. Registration will conclude for the year after the 20th day of the school.
