Corvian Community School will follow the state’s guidance and the NC Strong Schools Toolkit recommendation that all students will wear a face mask while inside at school.  Please note that vaccinated staff will have the option to wear a face shield while actively teaching at the front of the room while maintaining 6 feet of distance from students.  Unvaccinated staff are required to wear a mask at all times inside the school.

Under the new state guidance, wearing a mask eliminates the need to quarantine if a student is exposed.  Outside of masking, you can expect most of our school operations to return to “normal” this year, which is great news.
